We welcome Marcy Buckner, J.D., NAHU’s Senior VP of Government Affairs, and Scott Wham, J.D., NAHU Legislative Council Chair, to present a session on the outlook of Employee Benefits and potential Legislative Implications.
Marcy manages the National Association’s government affairs team, including the monitoring of activities of all state legislatures, insurance departments, and intergovernmental organizations to coordinate efforts to advance the interests of professional health insurance producers. Scott is a nationally recognized speaker who dedicates his time to gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the changing health care climate impacts employers of various sizes. He is currently Director of Compliance and Innovation for Kistler Tiffany Benefits in the Philadelphia Region.
