The HHS, DOL and the IRS issued its final rule in the summer of 2019 allowing employers of all sizes to offer two new kinds of health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs). We will review the new Individual Coverage, Excepted Benefit, and Qualified Small Employer HRAs and help
